Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Global Numberz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We sell temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, and data eSIMs for mobile internet. Numbers and eSIMs are supplied through third-party providers, so availability and delivery of any particular code or network cannot be guaranteed.

2. Your account and wallet

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Purchases are paid from a prepaid wallet. Wallet funds are used to buy numbers and eSIMs and are not a bank account or an interest-bearing balance.
  • Prices are shown before you pay and may change at any time. The price shown when you confirm is the price you are charged.

3. Virtual numbers

  • A number is rented for a short period to receive a code from one service. It is not yours permanently and may be reused later.
  • We cannot guarantee that every service will accept a virtual number, or that a code will arrive. See our Refund Policy for what happens if no code arrives.

4. eSIMs

  • Each eSIM comes with a fixed data allowance and a validity period shown on the plan. It stops working when the data is used up or the validity period ends, whichever comes first.
  • After expiry you can renew an eSIM from the My eSIMs page, or add data while it is active, at the price shown at that time.
  • Check that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked before buying. Network coverage and speed depend on local carriers.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our service for anything illegal, for fraud or harassment, to evade a legitimate ban, to abuse other services, or to attack or overload our systems. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. Top-ups are credited once the payment is confirmed.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We may pause it for maintenance or when a provider is unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
