Refund Policy
Last updated October 2026
This policy explains when you get your money back. Refunds are returned to your wallet balance.
Virtual numbers
- If no code arrives and you cancel the number before it times out, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.
- If a number expires without receiving a code, it is refunded automatically.
- Once a code has been delivered, the purchase is complete and is not refundable, even if the service later rejects the number.
eSIMs
- If we cannot deliver an eSIM after you pay, the amount is refunded to your wallet.
- Once an eSIM has been delivered, it is not refundable. This includes unused data and unused days, and eSIMs that have expired or run out of data.
- Please check that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked before buying.
- If an installed eSIM does not work, contact support with your order details and we will investigate. Where the fault is ours or our provider's, we will fix it or refund the order.
Wallet top-ups
Top-ups credit your wallet and are used for purchases. Unused wallet funds are not paid back to your bank card or account. If a payment was taken but not credited, contact support with the payment reference and we will resolve it.
How to ask
Use the Contact page or the Support section in your account, and include your order or payment reference.
